Shipping to the United States

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping methods available may vary depending on your shipping address and selected items during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Order Value Under $50: $7.99 with an estimated delivery time of 7-28 business days.
  • Order Value $50 - $99: $5.99 with an estimated delivery time of 7-28 business days.
  • Order Value Over $99: Free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-28 business days.

Please note: Allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.

Shipping & Handling Details

  • Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight.
  • In some cases, the flat rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
  • Free shipping and handling are available for Madewell Insiders at madewell.com on orders shipping to the continental U.S. and P.O. Boxes only.

Multiple Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

  • Shipping timelines and rates are the same for Marketplace products.
  • Items ship directly from the Marketplace vendor and will arrive with their branding.
